Easy, no-bake holiday candy made with white chocolate, tart cranberries, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for gifting or festive treats.

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir the pecan halves and dried cranberries into the melted white chocolate until evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.

Notes
