Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
1/2 cup strawberry topping or preserves
Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix until fully combined.
In a separate, clean bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
Spoon half of the cheesecake dip mixture into a serving bowl.
Spoon dollops of the strawberry topping over the dip layer.
Top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.
Use a knife or spoon to gently swirl the strawberry topping into the dip to create a marbled effect.
Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best texture.
Garnish with graham cracker crumbs, if desired.
Notes
Serve this dip cold with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or sliced strawberries.
For a thicker dip, use only 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream.
You can make this dip ahead of time; cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
