A quick and creamy one-pot pasta dish featuring tender spinach and a garlicky Parmesan Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a weeknight meal with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, combine fettuccine, broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chicken broth.
  • Adjust garlic to your preference.
