A creamy and savory whipped feta dip with pumpkin, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional garnishes: chopped fresh herbs (like parsley or chives), honey, red pepper flakes, toasted pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine feta cheese, pumpkin puree, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  4. Garnish as desired with fresh herbs, a drizzle of honey, red pepper flakes, or toasted pumpkin seeds.
  5. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Bring to room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and seasonings to your preference.
