Ingredients
Scale
24 Oreo cookies
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup green candy melts
1/4 cup orange candy melts
Black edible marker
Instructions
Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
In a medium bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated. Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the green candy melts according to package directions.
Melt the orange candy melts according to package directions.
Once the white chocolate has set, use the black edible marker to draw a stem and leaf on each ball, resembling a pumpkin.
Alternatively, you can use the melted orange candy melts to create a pumpkin shape and the green candy melts for the stem and leaf. Drizzle or pipe these onto the white chocolate-coated balls.
Notes
Store pumpkin Oreo balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
For best results, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened before mixing with the Oreo crumbs.
You can substitute dark chocolate or milk chocolate for the white chocolate coating if preferred.
