A quick and creamy no-bake pumpkin dip perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
  • Graham crackers, apple slices, and cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Beat until well combined.
  3. Gradually beat in the heavy cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dip, you can add an extra tablespoon or two of powdered sugar.
  • This dip is excellent made ahead of time for parties.
  • Consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
