A high-protein, low-carb, crustless pizza bake that is quick to prepare and satisfying.

  • 16 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: pepperoni, cooked sausage, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly into an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  4. Spoon the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
  6. Add your desired optional toppings.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This bake is great for meal prep. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can swap the mozzarella for a different cheese blend.
