A quick, no-bake snack perfect for kids, featuring peanut butter, banana, and tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas.
  2. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter evenly over each tortilla.
  3. If using, drizzle honey over the peanut butter and sprinkle with chia seeds or chocolate chips.
  4. Place one whole banana at one edge of each tortilla.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly around the banana.
  6. Slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or pack for later.

Notes

  • These are great for lunchboxes. Pack them in a container to keep their shape.
  • For a firmer roll-up, you can chill them for 15 minutes before slicing.
  • Feel free to substitute almond butter or sunflower seed butter for peanut butter.
