Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (1-inch thick) boneless or bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the pork chops with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Season the pork chops evenly on all sides with the spice blend.
  6. Place the seasoned pork chops on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare, or longer for more well-done chops.
  8. Let the pork chops rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For bone-in chops, you may need to add a few extra minutes to the baking time.
  • You can add other vegetables like potatoes or broccoli to the baking sheet for a complete sheet pan dinner.
