- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise OR plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
