Quick and flavorful garlic herb chicken bites, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner or an easy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve immediately.
