  • 1.5 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, melted butter, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and nicely browned, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.

  • For extra crispy sprouts, ensure they are dry before tossing with oil and butter.
