Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruit for topping (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges)

  2. Press the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let the cookie cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled sugar cookie base.
  6. Arrange your assorted fresh fruit on top of the frosting to create your desired design.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For mini fruit pizzas, press cookie dough into mini muffin tins or small circles on a baking sheet. Adjust baking time as needed.
  • You can use a piping bag with a star tip to decorate the edges of the pizza with the cream cheese frosting for a more polished look.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the frosting.
  • Feel free to experiment with different fruit combinations based on seasonality and your preferences.
