Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled and divided
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup chopped green olives (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup olive brine
  • 2 ounces gin or vodka (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra diced olives and olive oil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, half of the blue cheese, sour cream, chopped olives, olive brine, optional alcohol, and garlic powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Season the dip with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining blue cheese crumbles over the top.
  6. Garnish with extra diced olives and a light drizzle of olive oil.
