Easy three-ingredient crockpot candy peanut clusters, perfect for edible holiday gifts or potluck desserts.

  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups roasted salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the roasted salted peanuts until evenly coated.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper to form clusters.
  5. Allow the candy to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For gift packaging, place cooled clusters in small cellophane bags and tie with festive ribbon.
