A simple and spicy crockpot buffalo chicken dip perfect for game days and parties. This slow cooker recipe is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) cans shredded chicken, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, and blue cheese dressing in your slow cooker.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese.
  5. Continue to cook on low for another 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more buffalo wing sauce.
  • For a milder dip, use less buffalo wing sauce and more ranch dressing.
