Bite-sized stuffing balls made with ground turkey and cranberries, perfect for holiday parties or using up leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, celery, onion, dried cranberries, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the beaten egg and bread crumbs to the turkey mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Gradually add the chicken broth, mixing until the stuffing mixture holds together.
  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

  • These stuffing balls can be made ahead and reheated.
  • For a make-ahead option, you can freeze the uncooked balls on a baking sheet until firm, then transfer them to a freezer bag. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
  • Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
