Recreate the viral, snack-size puffs with pillowy dough, garlicky Alfredo, chicken, and mozzarella, topped with garlic butter. Perfect for weeknights or game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Alfredo sauce, cooked chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough piece. Fold the other half over and pinch the edges to seal, forming a puff.
  5. Place the sealed puffs onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. In another small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Brush this mixture over the top of each puff.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an air fryer version, cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until golden.
  • You can add cooked bacon bits or chopped spinach to the filling for extra flavor.
  • These puffs can be assembled ahead of time, frozen on a baking sheet until solid, then transferred to a freezer bag. Reheat from frozen in the oven or air fryer.
