Make tender, juicy chicken breasts coated in a creamy Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. This baked recipe is simple and ready for weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt if you are using it.
  3. Mix the creamy Caesar dressing and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the Caesar-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast. Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

  • Patting the chicken dry helps the sauce stick better and promotes even baking.
  • For a crispier top, broil the chicken for the last 2–3 minutes of baking, watching closely to prevent burning.
  • You can serve this dish with roasted vegetables or buttered noodles.
